Child Safety Standards

LOVELZA is an adults-only dating and relationship-discovery service for users aged 18 and over. We maintain zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

Last updated: September 23, 2026

1. Zero tolerance for CSAE and CSAM

LOVELZA prohibits any content, conduct, communication, solicitation, or activity that sexually exploits, abuses, endangers, or facilitates harm to a child. This includes creating, uploading, requesting, sharing, distributing, promoting, or facilitating child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

Prohibited conduct also includes grooming or attempting to groom a minor for sexual purposes, sexualization or sexual exploitation of minors, sextortion involving minors, child sex trafficking or solicitation, and attempts to use LOVELZA to endanger or sexually exploit a child.

2. Adults only — 18+

LOVELZA is intended only for adults aged 18 or older. People under 18 are not permitted to create, maintain, or use a LOVELZA account. If LOVELZA becomes aware that an account belongs to a person under 18, we may restrict or remove the account and take other appropriate safety action.

3. Reporting child-safety concerns

Members can report concerning users, profiles, messages, or other safety issues through the reporting and support mechanisms available in LOVELZA. Reports involving suspected CSAE, CSAM, grooming, exploitation of a minor, or another child-safety risk are treated as high-priority safety matters.

For child-safety or CSAE/CSAM concerns, contact our designated child-safety point of contact at admin@lovelza.com.

If a child appears to be in immediate danger, contact the appropriate local law-enforcement or emergency authority in your jurisdiction.

4. How LOVELZA responds

When LOVELZA receives a credible child-safety report or obtains actual knowledge of prohibited conduct, we may:

  • Review the report, account, content, and relevant safety information.
  • Remove or restrict prohibited content.
  • Suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts involved in violations.
  • Preserve relevant information where required or permitted by law.
  • Cooperate with lawful requests from competent authorities.
  • Report confirmed CSAM or other reportable child exploitation to the appropriate national or regional authority, including NCMEC where applicable and legally required.

5. Prevention and enforcement

LOVELZA may use account restrictions, reporting tools, moderation review, safety controls, abuse-prevention measures, and enforcement actions to help detect, prevent, investigate, and respond to prohibited activity. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension or termination, and reports to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.

6. Compliance with child-safety laws

LOVELZA is committed to complying with applicable child-safety laws and regulations and to maintaining processes for responding to CSAE and CSAM. These standards apply to all LOVELZA users and are intended to protect children from sexual abuse, exploitation, trafficking, grooming, sextortion, and related harm.
