1. Information We Collect

Depending on how you use LOVELZA, we may process information you provide directly to us, including account information used to create and maintain your account; profile information such as your display name, age or date-of-birth information, gender, location or geographic preferences, biography, relationship or matching preferences; photos or other profile media; discovery and matching activity; messages and communications; safety and moderation information; subscription and transaction status information; and technical or security information reasonably necessary to operate and protect the service.

If you purchase a premium subscription or other digital product through an app store, the applicable store processes your payment credentials. LOVELZA may receive transaction identifiers, product information, purchase verification information, and subscription status needed to provide premium access. We do not receive your complete payment-card details from the app store.

2. How We Use Information

We use information as reasonably necessary to create, authenticate, secure and manage member accounts; create and display profiles; provide discovery, matching, likes and messaging; apply member preferences and visibility controls; provide and verify premium features; operate, maintain, troubleshoot and improve LOVELZA; detect and prevent fraud, spam, abuse and unauthorized access; investigate reports and enforce our rules; respond to support requests; comply with legal obligations; and protect the rights, safety and security of LOVELZA, our members and others.

3. Profile Visibility and Other Members

LOVELZA is designed to help people discover and communicate with other members. Information you choose to place on your profile may be visible to other LOVELZA members according to the service's discovery and visibility settings. Do not place information on your public profile that you do not want other members to see. Private authentication credentials are not displayed as part of your public dating profile.

4. Messages

Messages exchanged through LOVELZA are intended for the participants in the conversation. We may process or retain messages as reasonably necessary to provide messaging, investigate safety or abuse reports, enforce our policies, maintain security, or comply with applicable law.

5. Blocking, Reporting and Safety

LOVELZA may provide blocking, reporting and related member-safety functionality. Information submitted with a report may be reviewed and retained as reasonably necessary to investigate the matter, protect members, prevent abuse, enforce our policies, or comply with applicable obligations.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

LOVELZA may offer free and premium functionality. Purchases made through the Android application may be processed using Google Play billing services and purchases made through the iOS application may be processed using Apple's in-app purchase services. The applicable platform provider processes payment credentials under its own privacy practices. LOVELZA may receive the transaction and subscription information needed to provide and manage premium access.

7. How Information May Be Shared

Information you intentionally make available through your LOVELZA profile and member interactions may be visible to other members as part of the service. We may also use infrastructure, hosting, database, security, technical, payment-verification and other service providers that process information on our behalf to operate LOVELZA.

Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, respond to lawful requests, investigate fraud or abuse, enforce our policies, protect rights and safety, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, financing or transfer of assets subject to appropriate safeguards and applicable law.

8. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration or disclosure. No internet-based service can guarantee absolute security. Members should protect their credentials and report suspected unauthorized access promptly.

9. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide LOVELZA, maintain account and service functionality, protect members, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet applicable legal obligations. Different categories of information may have different retention periods. When information is no longer reasonably required, we may delete or anonymize it, subject to legitimate security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution or legal-retention requirements.

10. Account and Data Deletion

LOVELZA members can request deletion of their account and associated personal data. Where available, members may initiate deletion through the account or settings functionality in the LOVELZA application. If a member no longer has the app installed or cannot access the account, our public account-deletion instructions page at https://www.lovelza.com/delete-account/ explains how to submit a deletion request from outside the app.

When an account-deletion request is completed, information associated with that account will be deleted except for information that we are required or reasonably permitted to retain for legitimate purposes such as fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution or compliance with applicable law.

11. Your Choices and Controls

Depending on the functionality available to you and applicable law, you may be able to review or update profile information, manage profile visibility and discovery preferences, manage communication preferences, block or report other members, request deletion of your account and associated data, and contact us regarding privacy questions or requests.

12. Age Requirement and Children's Privacy

LOVELZA is a dating and relationship-discovery service intended only for adults 18 years of age or older. LOVELZA is not intended for children. A person under 18 must not create or use a LOVELZA account. If we become aware that an account belongs to a person under 18, we may restrict or delete the account and associated information as appropriate.

13. International Processing

LOVELZA may use service infrastructure or service providers located in countries other than the country in which a member resides. Where applicable, we take reasonable measures designed to protect personal information when it is processed across jurisdictions, subject to applicable legal requirements.

14. Third-Party Services

LOVELZA may interact with third-party platforms or services, including Google Play and Apple services. Those third parties operate according to their own terms and privacy policies. This Privacy Policy governs LOVELZA's processing of information and does not replace the privacy policies of independent third-party services.

15. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as LOVELZA develops, our practices change, or legal and regulatory requirements evolve. When we make changes, we will update the Last updated date below and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
