Community Guidelines

Lovelza is a community for adults who want to meet, talk and build connections with other people. These guidelines are here to protect that experience. Be genuine, respect boundaries, communicate without pressure, and remember there is a real person behind every profile.

Adults only — 18+

Lovelza is strictly for adults aged 18 and over. Do not create an account if you are under 18, misrepresent your age, or knowingly help an underage person access the service. If you believe a member may be underage or you encounter a child-safety concern, report it promptly through the in-app reporting tools. Please also review our Child Safety Standards for more information.

Be yourself

Use your own identity and information that honestly represents you. Your photos should be yours, current enough to be recognisable and appropriate for a dating profile. Impersonation, catfishing, deceptive identities, fake profiles and misleading claims intended to manipulate another member are not acceptable. Authenticity does not mean sharing every private detail; it means not pretending to be someone you are not.

Treat people with respect

A match is an invitation to talk, not permission to ignore another person's boundaries. Harassment, bullying, threats, stalking, intimidation, degrading abuse or repeated unwanted contact are not welcome on Lovelza. Disagreement and rejection happen in dating; respond without retaliation, humiliation or pressure.

Consent matters at every stage

Interest can change, and consent can be withdrawn at any time. Never pressure someone into sexual conversation, intimate images, an in-person meeting or physical contact. Do not use threats, manipulation, guilt, intoxication or persistence to obtain agreement. If someone says no, asks you to stop or disengages, respect that decision.

No sexual exploitation or non-consensual intimate content

Do not solicit, threaten to share, distribute or use intimate content without the clear consent of the person depicted. Sexual exploitation, sextortion, coercive sexual behaviour and attempts to use private material as leverage are prohibited. Content involving minors or suspected child sexual exploitation must never be shared through Lovelza and should be reported immediately.

No hate or targeted abuse

Lovelza is intended for people from different backgrounds, cultures and identities. Content or behaviour that attacks, dehumanises, threatens or promotes hatred against people because of protected or personal characteristics is not compatible with the community we are building. Preferences in dating do not justify insulting or degrading another person.

Keep scams and financial manipulation out

Lovelza is for personal connection, not for extracting money or financial information. Do not run romance scams, request money through fabricated emergencies, promote fraudulent investments, seek gift cards or cryptocurrency, or ask another member for passwords, banking credentials or one-time security codes. Members should be cautious of anyone who introduces urgent financial requests into a new relationship.

Respect privacy

Do not publish or distribute another person's private information, private messages, photographs, contact details or location without permission. Never use Lovelza to dox, track or expose another member. Think carefully before moving conversations off-platform or sharing information such as your home address, workplace, financial details or other sensitive data.

Use photos and content responsibly

Only upload material you have the right to use. Profiles and messages should not contain illegal material, malicious content, graphic violence, exploitative sexual material or content intended to threaten or harm another person. Do not use another person's photographs to create a false identity or post private images without their consent.

No spam or unwanted commercial activity

Do not use Lovelza primarily to advertise, recruit, mass-message, sell products or services, drive traffic to unrelated websites, or promote schemes. Dating conversations should begin because you genuinely want to connect with the other person, not because they have become a sales lead.

Meet offline with the same respect

Community standards do not stop when a conversation moves offline. If you decide to meet, respect the other person's boundaries and choices. For a first meeting, consider a populated public place, arrange your own transportation and let someone you trust know your plans. Nobody owes another person a date, continued contact or physical intimacy because they matched or exchanged messages.

Report concerns — don't escalate them

If you encounter behaviour that may violate these guidelines, use Lovelza's in-app reporting or blocking controls rather than confronting someone in a way that could increase risk. Give a clear reason when reporting so the concern can be reviewed. For immediate danger or suspected criminal activity, contact the appropriate local emergency service or law-enforcement authority.

How we may respond

Reports and safety signals may be reviewed to determine whether Lovelza's rules have been violated. Depending on the circumstances, action may include warnings, content or feature restrictions, account suspension or account termination. Serious safety or legal matters may require additional action where applicable law requires it. A report does not automatically establish wrongdoing; context and available information matter.

Help us build the kind of community you want to meet in

Good dating communities are shaped by everyday choices: being truthful, accepting rejection gracefully, asking rather than assuming, protecting other people's privacy and reporting serious concerns. These guidelines may evolve as Lovelza grows, but the principle behind them stays simple — connect with people in a way that respects their dignity, safety and right to choose.
