Terms of Use
These Terms set the ground rules for using Lovelza. They are intended to keep the service adult-only, respectful and safe while explaining the responsibilities that come with creating an account and interacting with other members.
Eligibility and adult-only access
You must be at least 18 years old to create or use a Lovelza account. You must also be legally able to enter into an agreement and must not use the service where doing so would violate applicable law. You are responsible for providing accurate age and account information.
Your account
Keep your login credentials secure and do not allow another person to operate your account as you. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless you promptly tell us about suspected unauthorised access. One person should not create deceptive, impersonating or misleading profiles.
How members are expected to behave
Use Lovelza respectfully and lawfully. Harassment, threats, hate, stalking, scams, coercion, sexual exploitation, impersonation, non-consensual intimate content and attempts to obtain another person's private or financial information are not acceptable. Our Community Guidelines and Child Safety Standards form an important part of these expectations.
Profiles, photos and member content
You remain responsible for the information, photos, messages and other material you submit. Only upload content you have the right to use, and do not publish another person's private information or images without permission. Content must not violate applicable law, another person's rights or Lovelza's safety rules.
Matching and member interactions
Lovelza helps people discover and communicate with other members, but we cannot guarantee compatibility, identity, intentions, conduct or the outcome of an interaction. Verification and profile signals can provide additional context but should not be treated as guarantees. Members remain responsible for their own decisions online and when meeting in person.
Reporting, moderation and account action
Members can use available reporting and blocking tools when something goes wrong. We may review reports and take proportionate action when we identify violations, which may include restricting features, removing content or suspending or terminating access. Serious safety matters may also require preservation or disclosure of information where applicable law requires it.
Paid features and subscriptions
If Lovelza offers paid plans or features, the price, billing period and purchase terms shown at the point of purchase will apply. Purchases made through an app store may also be governed by that store's payment, cancellation and refund rules. Do not assume that deleting the app automatically cancels an active store subscription.
Service availability and changes
We work to keep Lovelza useful and available, but digital services can experience maintenance, interruptions, errors or feature changes. We may update, add, remove or modify features as the service evolves. We may also update these Terms when the service, law or our operational requirements change, and the current version will be published here.
Closing an account
You may use the available account-deletion process when you no longer want an account. We may restrict or close accounts that seriously or repeatedly violate these Terms, our Community Guidelines, safety requirements or applicable law. Some information may need to be retained for legitimate security, legal or compliance purposes as described in our privacy information.
