Delete Your LOVELZA Account
LOVELZA members can request deletion of their account and associated personal data.
Delete your account in the app
If you can access your LOVELZA account, use the account deletion option available in the application's account or settings area. Follow the confirmation steps shown in the app to submit the deletion request.
If you cannot access the app
If you no longer have the LOVELZA application installed or cannot access your account, you can still request deletion from outside the app.
Email admin@lovelza.com with the subject LOVELZA Account Deletion Request. Include the email address or other account identifier associated with your LOVELZA account so we can locate the correct account and verify the request.
Do not send your password, one-time verification codes, full payment-card details, or other secrets. We may ask for reasonable information needed to confirm that the deletion request relates to your account before processing it.
What happens after a request
After a deletion request has been verified and processed, the LOVELZA account will no longer remain available as an active dating profile. Personal data associated with the account will be deleted subject to limited information that may need to be retained for legitimate security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, safety, or legal-compliance purposes.
What may be retained
Information that must be retained for a legitimate security or legal reason will be kept only as reasonably necessary for that purpose. Retained information will not be used to continue presenting the deleted account as an active LOVELZA dating profile.
Important note about subscriptions
Deleting a LOVELZA account does not necessarily cancel an active subscription that is managed by Google Play, the Apple App Store, or another external billing provider. If you have an active store subscription, review and manage it through the relevant store account as well.
